16M Bytes External ROM Four-Channel Sound Generator with Melody Generator


GENERAL DESCRIPTION

HL6412 is a 4-channel Sound Generator IC with Melody Generator and Micro-Controller. The build-in Power Amplifier can drive speaker directly. There are 12 input / output ports for HL6412 to interface with external circuits. The 24 Bit parallel Address Bus and 8 Bit parallel Data Bus for external memory data access make HL6412 suitable for application in long play sound, speech, and melody synthesizer products.
